That is why we invest intentionally and consistently in growing leaders at every level — from home cell leaders to ministry coordinators to marketplace executives.

Our Philosophy of Leadership
At Everwinning, we hold that every person created by God has the potential to be a leader in some capacity. These potentials cannot be fully realised without proper training. The Leadership Manna programme exists to draw out, sharpen, and deploy the leader in every believer.
We train leaders to be:
- Rooted in the Word — leaders who lead from the Scripture, not from opinion.
- Accountable and transparent — leaders who can be trusted in private as much as in public.
- Servant leaders — who lead by example, in the pattern of Jesus Christ.
