TEXT: MARK 5:1-34
MEMORY VERSE: “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”_ (KJV) (Isaiah 43:2)
Our text today is one of the most popular texts most believers are conversant with in the Bible: the woman with the issue of blood. Everyone has issues, some have many. Sometimes we erroneously assume that some people are not going through anything because of how things seem to be on the outside. So many people dress in beautiful regalia to cover the issues of their lives. They pretend so that no one will be able to know the terrible situation they are going through. No matter the issues of your life, God is able to handle all these issues.
I heard the story of a wonderful, handsome young man who went to a man of God weeping and shedding tears profusely. The man of God was amazed because the guy looked good and was dressed in fine apparel. When he was asked about his problem, he said his wife always beats him up anytime they have a misunderstanding. Many of us will laugh about that, but it was not funny for the man. The issues of life differ from person to person. Everyone has their own peculiar challenges, but one thing is certain: you are destined to win if you refuse to quit. The fact that everyone has their own share of life challenges should make you know that you are not alone. We are in this mess together, and God is going to turn our mess into a message; our obstacles shall turn to miracles. Another thing is that God has not destined you to die in that problem. God is going to make a way for you. You are coming out whether the devil likes it or not. Psalm 34:19 says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.” You are not only coming out of them, you are coming out of all of them.

Lord, give me the grace not to give up no matter the challenges. I receive the grace to make a difference in my generation, in Jesus name.
